Včasih pa praznične dobrote povzročajo težave predvsem zaradi prenajedanja, kar lahko povzroči slabo počutje in napihnjenost. Ta čarobni mesec pa se ne vrti le okoli hrane, ampak tudi okoli druženja in zabav, zato je pomembno, da se počutimo čim bolj samozavestno. Pri tem igra ključno vlogo prehrana, zato razkrivamo recept za praznične piškote, ki so zdravi, okusni in enostavni za pripravo.

Ingredients; - 1 cup almond flour - 1 cup buckwheat flour - 1 egg - 3 tbsp maple syrup - 1/4 cup coconut sugar - 1 tbsp cinnamon - 1 tsp ginger (or 1 tbsp if you want it spicier) - 1 pinch of nutmeg - 1 pinch of cloves - 1 pinch of baking powder FROSTING (optional); - 1 tbsp tahini - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tbsp cacao butter Melt the frosting and cool until a paste is formed! Directions; - combine all of the ingredients - flatten the dough on some baking paper with a rolling pin ensuring you are dusting it with flour to avoid sticking - cut any shape your heart desires - bake for approximately 20 minutes at 160°C fan forced (please keep an eye on this, oven temps vary) That is it!! Sestavine:
- 100 g mandljeve moke,
- 120 g ajdove moke,
- 1 jajce,
- 45 g javorjevega sirupa (približno 3 žlice),
- 50 g kokosovega sladkorja,
- 1 žlica cimeta,
- 1 žlička ingverja (ali 1 žlica, če imate radi bolj pikantno),
- ščepec muškatnega oreščka,
- ščepec klinčkov,
- ščepec pecilnega praška.
Priprava:
Vse sestavine združite v posodi in jih dobro premešajte.
Testo razvaljajte med dvema listoma peki papirja. Pri tem ga rahlo potresite z moko, da se ne lepi.
Z modelčki izrežite poljubne oblike.
Piškote pecite približno 20 minut v ventilatorski pečici, segreti na 160 stopinj Celzija.
